This package is a trailer mounted twin pumping unit designed to deliver treatment fluids to the wellbore in pump down, coil tubing, acidizing applications. The is a simple to operate, trailer mounted, cost-effective pumping unit capable of servicing the intermediate and deep well-bore market.
The trailer is configured to carry 2-inch, Fig. 1502 treating iron, the maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of the unit is 103.4 MPa (15,000 PSI).
The unit is mounted on a custom built, 24-wheeler, axle, oilfield trailer chassis, powered by two Cummins QST30 engines. The unit is monitored and controlled from the temperature-controlled operator cabin located rearward of the unit, providing a vantage point to oversee the pumps and treatment operations. The cab has a deck allowing direct access to the displacement tanks.
All equipment controls and the data monitoring package are in the operator cabin. Control panel configuration, layout, and operator ergonomics are all considered in this design. The operator interface is logical and straightforward, operation is intuitive.
